After the Initial Months on the Job
At first you were the new kid on the block and striving to find your way in your new job — learning the fundamentals. Now that you've been on board a couple of months, your priorities have shifted. You want to take control of your responsibilities and show you're ready to tackle the role, but you may not know everything you need to succeed in your organization. At the same time, your manager may have higher expectations of your performance. In essence, your “corporate honeymoon” period has just come to an end.
