Deloitte & Touche, the professional services firm, plans to integrate its consulting services under one brand, as part of an international decision to integrate consultancies in each country.
Deloitte Consulting MD Pierre Tredoux said the local consultancy was waiting for the right market conditions that would best serve its clients’ interest, according to Business Day.
The US and UK divisions of the firm had already begun the process. Deloitte plans to merge its consulting services and consulting division, after earlier deciding not to separate these divisions as it could be too risky.
The integration process will take up to six months to complete, and there may be a need for additional staff. It will not be renamed, the daily reported.
