Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) has issued the following notification regarding future exemptions claimed by ACCA/CIMA students:

Those students whose applications for exemptions from papers of Professional Examinations on the basis of ACCA / CIMA qualification were received till 31 May 2002 are advised that a designated Committee of the Institute is currently re-evaluating the future availability of exemptions. The proceedings of the said Committee are in progress.
In view thereof and until such time that the recommendations of the said Committee are received and then duly approved by the Council and announced by ICAP, the students are being advised to prepare for all papers of Module E and F as prescribed in the Institute's syllabus, for the time being.
