Is not it a public forum? How a thing can be defined as Gheebat if it has been discussed openly, at a number of forums, at a number of occasions and even at the face of the accused? If this is the rule, then we should not discuss any crime happening anywhere in the world.
Apnay garaibaan main jhanknay ke zarooorat comparatively tab paray ge agar ham bhi Aalim Online ko host karnay lagain tu. There is a need of some brain to understand the issue.

I wonder aap nay Sialkot walay incident per jo thread hay uss main apnay view-points share nahi kiay jo Zillat ki khuli aur khoob asaani say samajh anay wali misaal hay. Amir Liakat in logon jesa bura tu nahi kamas-kam mari nazar main.

Bura nahi manna, public space main kisi ko discuss karna agar gheebat hay, tu bhai phir tu Aamir Liaquat tu musalsal apnay newspaper columns aur TV programs main third person kay baray main jo mojood nahi hota hay, oskay baray main gheebat ka musalsal murtakib hua?
Bhai iss tarha tu dunya ka bayshtar litrature jahan personalities ko discuss kia jata hay wo bhi gheebat hui?
"Open or public" aur "private" main kahi hui baat ka farq karna hoga. Open ya public main kahi hoi baat khud oss shaks kayliay jiskay baray main kahi gai hay, equally available hoti hay, aur chupi hoi nahi hoti. Jabkay private main kahi gai baat, jiskay baray main kahi gai ossay available nahi hoti.

You referred the Sialkot incident and some one on that thread wrote that we never think about what we say and what we do. We just heared the word "gheebat" and started proving our knowledge irrationally.
Islam always makes a basis for educating the people on a thing. If some one murders a human; and is not present in some get together, and the people in the get together talk about the murder; how could we poor treat it as "gheebat". If this is the rule, then whatever you guys are saying about the criminals or Sialkot incident on this forum should also be "gheebat". Whatever we say about criminals, liars and decievers would be "gheebat". Whatever we say against yahoodi and nusrani powers is also "gheebat".
This shows what we learnt from Aalim Online sort of stuff and what we know about Islam.
I was last day watching Aamir's program on ARY channel; and figured out that he still uses the word "Doctor" with his name. A crime may be justified as per the stance of a criminal; but if the masses will support a crime based upon lame foundations, it will destroy the society.
I hope you all know that our society has been totally destroyed. A great contribution in such destruction is of such "doctors" and their supporters.
Of course there is a need of some brain.

Above situation ko Gheebat kehna, Mera nahi khayal Kisi nay Alim online say seekha hay, Kyun k Jab bhi iss kisam k Events hotay hain Tu Amir khud bhi tankeed karta hay It means Woh bhi gheebat kar raha hay. Jin forum members nay isay gheebat kaha hay Unhon nay I m Sure yeh Alim-online say nahi seekha hoga.
Meray View point yehi hay k Jo Buray logon main "kum" bura hay Aap uss k peechay lagay huay ho. Amir k Program main host honay ya naa honay say kisi ko ki farq nahi parta, Lakin esaay bohat saraay log hain specially Government main jin k naa honay say bohat halaat sahi ho saktay hain un ko hum kuch nahi kehtay infact we vote for them on fake label of jamhooriat.
Sailkot incident bhi esi hi misaal hay, ek chooti C chori karnay walay k saath yeh salook jo croron-kharbon main chorian kar rahay hain un k khilaaf koi awaaz nahi. Aap bhi yahi kar rahay ho, TV per Amir k ilawa Zardari or uss ki pooja karnay walay aur usay apna bhagwaaan samajhnay walay us k ganday chamchay bhi dikhai detay hain un per kabhi aap nay khayaal zahir nahi kia, naa hi un k jhoot ki kabhi koi fiker ki.

I wonder if Zardari is using the name of Islam or pretending to be an islamic scholar any where. This is the only differentiation which you don't tend to understand. We do criticise all other bad images of the society as well; and do try our level best that at least we don't do the things which we use to criticise. From "we" I mean we all who criticise; this I say with a good belief and intent for all the fellows.
We are doing nothing against Aamir in subtance; We are simply saying a "bad" as "bad" which obeviously is required. It is a discussion forum to discuss general issues and my post on this thread came much later than the origination of this thread. This shows how much important this issue appears to me.
Yes, in my opinion, there is no harm in saying "wrong" as "wrong" even if it is done by me.
I did not say that someone said this after learning it from Aalim online; I said this shows "what we learnt from Aalim Online". There is a greater difference.
You do open a debate on bad images of society and I will be there to comment upto my knowledge.
