MashaAllah, aap tu kafi aqalmand hain. Bas yahi choti si baat hay jo main kafi dayr say youths aur students say kahna chahraha hun.
Hamain aaj choti choti positive changes jo hamari capacity main hun, karnay ki koshish karni chahyay. Issi tarha aahista aahista qaafla barhta jay ga aur big positive changes ka wasila Allah khud bana day gay.
Magar aaj jo hamari dastaras main hay, kam az kam humain wo tu karna chahyay. Nakay oper say kisi kay nazil honay ka intizaar kartay rahain.

Dear All,
As for as my point of view is concerned, individual changes are important and we should struggle for them in our individual capacity, but such individual efforts may not have overall impact in a great deal unless there is a leader with vision and sincerity who can lead the country towards a predefined and determined destination. As many people here are professional students and have studied Management concepts and their importance like Determination of objectives, development of strategies, goal setting, motivations and leadership styles etc. So, even if we are working for a change in individual capacity we should apply our management concept and should organize our efforts towards a predetermined goal instead of doing it haphazardly.

well, ik segestion meri yeh hai k plzz agar koi ap k samnay kuch galat karay ik bar us shaks ko zaroor rukain... Tell that person what u r doing is quite wrong. Lakin bohat narm lehjay mai usko yeh bat samjae jayh. Individualy changes to offcourse zaroori hain lakin hamay dosrou ko thik karna parayga jo thik hona nahe chahtay. Maito is mulq k liyeh bohat kuch acha karna chahti hon jis se Pakistan mai behtri ayhh. Lakin jo karskti hon wo zaror karti hon.
Mujhe bhi aiman ki tarah is chez ka dur hai akhrat mai pakar hogii. Yeh mulq AMANAT hai or hum Ameen hain iskay....

Pakistani Nation hay tu jazbati is main koi shak nahi but again visionary leadership and direction ki kmi hay wrna potential tu buhat hay nation main. Abi tak yay decided nai hay k hmain krna kia kia hay and shuroo kahan say krna hay. Kisi nay Zaid Hamid k lectures sunay hain?

Konsa mulk hay jahan corruption nai hay? hr jga corruption moojod hay kahin ziada kahin km kahin white collar main kahin black collar main so why to blame Pakistan and Pakistani only? Hr kam pehlay socha jata hay tbhi shuroo hota hay, agr sb byth k aap ki tarah corruption ka rona he rotay rahain gay tu rotay he rahain gay, agr koi behtri k liay soch raha hy tu usay apna thought process tu krnay do jo sochay ga wo shaid kbi amal bhi kr lay or jo rota he rahay ga us nay rota he rehna hay k lut gay brbad ho gay mr gay etc.
