Before giving any suggestion to resolve the Kashmir issue I would like to clear that whether Kashmir is a part of Pakistan or India. In 1947 it was decided and agreed between India and Pakistan that partition will take place according to following rule 1) where Muslims are in majority â¦.these areas will go to Pakistan 2) where Hindus are in majorityâ¦â¦.theses areas will go to India Just applying the above rule/condition it seems clearly that Kashmir is a part of Pakistan as majority of Muslims lives there. If I am given a chance to resolve the issue of Kashmir I will take following steps 1) In UNO demand for to have election in Kashmir giving them choice to choose either India or Pakistan. Put pressure on UNO to use his power to force India to arrange an election in Kashmir. 2) If UNO fails (more chances) to put pressure on India then threat UNO to withdraw the membership as UNO is working against the Muslims 3) Call meeting to all UAE countries and demand them to put pressure on India to resolve the Kashmir issue. UAE can put pressure on the following ways i) stop oil supply to India ii) deport all Indian worker back to India If UAE donât agreed/help the Pakistani proposal and refuse to put pressure on India then Pakistan has one more option to resolve the issue without having war against India. 4) As we all Pakistani know that we have no direct conflict against Israel we have enmity with Israel due to Arabic countries, in other words hum arboon ki dushmini niba rahay hain. If Arabs donât help us then donât we care about them? 5) Threat the UAE if they didnât put pressure on India we (Pakistan) will accept Israel as an independent state 6) If UAE still fail to put pressure on India, Pakistan should contact Israel and should make following offer i) Pakistan would accept Israel an independent state ii) In return Israel would help Pakistan to resolve Kashmir issue (Israel can get involve the America to resolve the issue, as America is tutto of Israel) We all Pakistan should bear in mind that western countries donât want to resolve the Kashmir issue. - Pracs - 06-23-2005 Cannot not disagree,.. Btw I think by UAE you meant all of the Gulf or GCC countries which include the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Oman. How but ropping in Iran as well, they love to get all mushy with India, the Great Islamic republic of Iran can do its part by pressurising India and holding on to the gas pipe line. The way India relies on the Gulf Oil and that a couple of million Indians work in the GCC countries. India can be brought to her knees in little over a month (max), just a threat to expel all Indian expatriates would mount enough ''domestic pressure'' on the Govt. Of India to seriously do something about it. |
