20% of the after tax profits to be transferred to reserve fund as per Regulation 2 of the Prudential regulations for Non-Banking Finance Companies BEFORE or AFTER DISTRIBUTING DIVIDEND FOR IRREDEEMABLE PREFERENCE SHARES???
will anyone explain with arguments.......
