construction contracts - maani - 12-31-2004 i have studied this topic in detail...In javaid zuberi's book two methods have been used...percentage completion and completed contract methods... according to completed contract method if a contract is spread over more than one year...then we will recognize profits in the last year only... what do u ppl think by doing this the profits of the last year will not become very huge? so it will not be a fair presentation... ur comments plz Ace - maani - 01-01-2005 oye...kia kisi ne construction contracts nahin parha...
