Salam
Please explain the treatment of demurrage charges, we paid high demurrage charges for 2 of our shipments, i want you to suggest what is the right way to deal this as it will increase the cost of the goods, can we put it in expenses as penalty ?
1-what is the professional way to treat this ?
2- advantages and disadvantages of putting it in cogs and in expenses.
