Counting the # of days for notice for memers meeting - Akhrot student - 08-23-2015
The companies ordinance states that a 21 days notice is required for members meeting. Some other countries use the term of "clear days"? in Pakistan i have not seen such concept. If the AGM is on 21st January will the dispatching of notice on 1st January be OK?
