Mercantile Law -- Help needed - Ice_Blue - 06-04-2005 salam, 1. Is a student supposed to reproduce matter from the bare acts while answering a question ? 2. Plz tell me any tip/trick(s) that u found useful while studying for this paper. Thanking u, Ice Blue - Ehrar_ACMA - 06-05-2005 Dear ICE_BLUE I think u dont need to reproduce any thing as mentioned in act/law...But u r supposed to use technical words that have special meanings in law...... For example teachnical words includes, bonafide, pari pasu, payment in due course, adjorned meeting, as per the apparant tenor of cheque etc...... U may use ur own sentences, wording but with these technical words must include to make the sense as in law...... This is what I ve done so far & still doing this in studies...... Regards Kh.
