I can recommend you the reading material for Advance Financial Accounting and Business Tax.
Advance Financial Accounting Company Law by Jane Lazar, Company Law by Zuberi, Leasing and Construction Contracts by Zuberi.
Taxation Munawar Mirza.
you can use Company Law by PAC to cover the portion of Corporate Laws and Secretarial Practices.
