Questions regarding ACCA internship - future financial planner - 09-04-2005

1-if a student do internship in an audit firm for 3 years.After 3 years he registers with ACCA & submit his training record on STR.so IS it will be treated his articleship?

2-
IF a student after registration take training from the same audit firm for 3 years.

Q= Which will learn more & more preferable at job interview keeping into view that these both students start their ACCA study after completing their articleship?

I understand by [2] you mean if one is registered as an ICAP articled student (after having passed the ACCA exam). Based on my assumption of that, I think if you have started on your ACCA after your A levels (and are not pressed on time) you should pass the ACCA exam and then join for the three year training. If otherwise, start along won't make a difference to that extent ! Its always a good idea to have passed your Foundation/Certificate exam of ACCA before you join. That you'll be at par with your colleagues [Foundation exams (ICAP, ACCA)].
