Should i stick to doing CA? - Business_Maker - 05-12-2006

Hi friends

i am a student of CA 10th MFC, i didnt give module A papers in first attempt becuase of some family problems, i gave mod a papers with 11th MFC and this time i got referred in 2 papers i dont know why. i m not a bad student i got passed my send up exams in RAET. i got 77% in HSC. and one thing more i am very passionate about my career as a chartered accountant i dont take it un-seriously. so pls advice me what to do now?

regester ur self in bcom and stick with ca and if u have passed bocm then try acca there u will get what u deserve

- ausmanpk2001 - 05-12-2006

module a is quite easy as compared to the next levels. ask any of your seniors. if you cant make it & you figure that there is not anything wrong too. Then it would be better to leave this thing.

acca would be a good option. BCom too.

No doubt Chartered Accountancy is a good profession. But if you cant do something then it would be better to leave then to waste your time.

AoA,
Business Maker here is a route for u to become a chartered accountant

(CIMA + B.Com)======> 1/2 CA now its upto u to understand these simple notations D

yar.. join acca/cat line......complete ur acca papers...then do articles in a CA firm...then give final exams and u are CA!

but only problem with acca line is that it requires more money than CA ...but thing is...u can pass it..and chances of passing are better than in ca.

i think noman is right join ACCA if you can afford. if you can't then don't take a refer tooo seriously these are professional examinations

Hey, thanx for valuable suggestions i have registered my self in bcom but from now i am very determined and focused about CA i am gonna devote my self to my studies bcoz this is the only time to face all the hardship and do the hard work but i am also thinking about registering my self in ACCA and carry it along with CA.....i will study for CA but will also attempt ACCA what do u ppl think of this?

lolzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz thats what i think P

- Business_Maker - 05-16-2006

Hey shabaz what makes u laugh here......pls explain i didnt get u!

- noman - 05-16-2006

dear business maker...
if u can afford....only stick to acca....and b.com..if u add CA into the mix u will get MAD...
u can't carry on all these things together...plus ur expenses will be higher...so my suggestion

join acca..devote full time to it..complete it...u will become CA inter automatically...

- Shahbaz - 05-17-2006

now do u understand y i was laughing ? P

- ausmanpk2001 - 05-17-2006

thats a good suggestin. dont do acca & ca in same time. once you pass acca exams you become ca inter automatically.
