Hello friends how r u all
Plz help me in choosing field for me. Tell me what is the difference b/w BBA and B.com, which is the better option?
Is Mohammed Ali Jinnah University good although HEC has warned against it?

Hi dear, the question of comparing BBA with B.com is nt so complicated.first, the BBA is 4 yaers programme based on semester system generally leades to one year MBA, in the field of Business administration wher as B.com is a tow year programm mailnly offered under annual system of exam leads to TWO year M.com,although some universities like B.Z.U. has recently started a 4yr B.com ( Hons) degree,but it is still in its initial phases and market response to that is still difficult to judge.i think both r good fields to choss but the main thing is to do each of this with distinction otherwise u may find it difficult to survive in the market. Further the Question of Choosing the Institution should be at ur top priority.to me there r other institutions better than MAJU, if u got enough on ur Transcript so as to be enrolled with them.

Soooooooooooper Zee .. go for CIMA(UK) n during or after CIMA(UK) u can do BCom ). U can go for CA afterwards if u want to ) plus after CIMA u'll get full exemption from ICMAP )

Dear Super Zee,
I think you should go for ACCA. coz after doing ACCA part 2 you will be able to get BSc Hons Accounting Degree and after that a whole new world of oppourtunity will open for you. CIMA upto managerial level is exempt after ACCA, and CA upto module D is exempt. This will be decision on which you will never have to regret

BBA!!!...in fact BBA and then go for MBA..or u can go the other way that is B.Com and then MBA..because B.com is just slightly an easier job than BBA..but make sure you enter a recognized institute to have these degrees otherwise it goes like all in vain as there r so many MBA's in the market so one has to compete hard .Rest is upon ya..hope this helps you out..Good Luck!

JUST REMEMBER MY WORDS IF YOU WANNA PASS DONT JOIN PAC! IF YOU WANNA FAIL THEN JOIN PROFESSIONALS ACADEMY OF COMMERCE. IT IS BEING RUN BY BEASTS LIKE JAFFAR HUSSAIN WHO HAS LOST CONTROL OF HIS SUBORDINATES WHO HARRASS THE STUDENTS. EVEN A GIRL WAS SEXUALLY HARASSED BY ITS ECONOMICS TEACHER.PAC DOESNT PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH THE BOOKS THAT THEY CHARGE FOR.AT THE END OF THE COURSE THEY COME UP WITH HIDDEN CHARGES FOR FILTER EXAM THAT THEY NEVER REVEALED.ITS MANAGEMENT IS CORRUPT TEACHERS ARE BLOODY. yaar bechare ne poocha kuch aur hai aur tum log us ko bata kuch aur rahe ho.....kiyoon confuse karahe ho.....sirjee bba is far much better than bcom but......first of tell me if affordability is an issue or not? becuz bba is going to cost you around RS50000 per semester....agar afford karsakte ho aur agar kisi ache business school mai admission mil jae to BBA karo otherwise go for bcom...kisi nikame biz school se bba karne se behatar hai ke bcom karo aur phir mba.....ache business schools hain IBA,CBM,KU,ZABIST,BAHRIA etc.........LUMS best ahi kein woh bba nahi karwata per agar wahan admission mil jae BSc mai to its the best option........

if you get into any of the best business schools, then bba is great. but exclude ku, bahria & from the list. only zabist karachi is good.

if not, then bcom. first becaz it takes only two years rather than 3/4 in bba. secondly if you wanna do master from pak then it doesn't matters whether you have done bcom or bba. you can apply to business schools on the same level as bba's will.
