[D]hi everybody.is it better to solve the whole paper even if u dont know the answers of 1 or 2 questions.tell me u should go for solving the whole paper or should attempt only those questions of which u know the answers.its very important thing.plz have a say![)]

its not that thing. you get marks for each & every question you solve. there are marks allocated for everything. solve as much as you can but write to the point no hanky phanky stuff.
atleast this is what is in theory by icap. there are marks allocated for each point usually & for each calculation etc

Dear roni, above reply by ausmanpk2001 is very important if you are serious in earning CA qualification. Always keep in mind what he has said; while solving papers of ICAP. It would greatly be helping you not only in improving your grades but also let you knowing the actual, proper and the best way to solve the papers and definitely enhancing the number of attempts.
As it's true that nobody is perfect in this world except HOLY PROPHET (PBUH) and ICAP's examiners also know this fact. But, it does'nt really mean that whatever right you know; you should not present just for the reason that you don't know it compleltey !

How do people talk about attempting the whole paper when they themselves admit that they dont know the answers of 1 or 2 questions...When you dont know that means you cannot answers those questions, when you know a bit about them its the case when you are in a position to make a "tukka" about them...

hey hey who admitt that he cant solve whole paper.i was talkin abt general thing.not personal.ok buddy i may have misunderstood ur reply.but that wat i think u meant.ya now something abt this topic.i mean if u dont know anything then is it better to skip that question?that wat i am trying to ask/thnx for contribution.love u all.

my reply was also general, I didn't mentioned your name anywhere in my last post, then why you are making assumptions?????????
What I meant was that when "you(anyone) dont know anything" about a question then how can one attempt the question...for attempting the question you need to have atleast a hint of the topic to which the question is related...otherwise you know ICAP papers are not MCQs based where tukka may works...

Yes dear, solve each and every question but don't write mindcrap in it. Each and every mark matters in CA exam. As for studies, join CAPS or Skans in LHR. If you join PAC then you'll surely be unable to answer those last two questions cause the faculty of PAC consists of morons like Abdul Ghaffar ACA who cant even read properly and Jaffar Hussain who can't fire abdul ghaffar cause ghaffar was appointed by IShfaq ahmed, the founder.

if u can justify ur tukka with a little bit of logic..then do it...
if u don't know anything...then leave it and don't attempt it...
i personally have never been able to attempt more than 85 marks...but passed...
so...usually the matter doesn't arise of whther to attempt unknown question or not...
bcoz all ur time will be used in attempting the questions u know about...so don't worry abt it..
