Hello Zain,

I would love to know why do you want to switch from CA to ACCA . Anyway as far as you question goes well it depends on your age if you are 21 or above you can get direct entry into the ACCA Professional Scheme but if you are below 21 you will have to take admission in the CAT Scheme and clear upto Paper 5 of the CAT Scheme(minimum) to Be Elegible For ACCA Part I Examinations or clear all your CAT Papers there are 10 papers in total you have to pass 9 and get direct entry into Part II of the ACCA Professional Scheme . Well i suggest the LatterBecause it Exempts you from Part I Of the ACCA Exams So you can Directly Attempt Part II Papers And Believe me its makes life much easier when you study for Part II Papers . We as far as your second Question goes Both CA And The ACCA Are Recognised Professional Bodies And you Can rest Assure yourself of a very bright fututre with with one of these qualification So nothing is Easy there is a perception among and lot of people that ACCA is quite easy as compared to CA But it actually is not if fact i feel that if ACCA is Easy CA also is!
