Dear wiki

To the best of my knowledge and surfing the ICAP website page specific to your 1st query asked of which the address is
http//www.icap.org.pk/Education/PGC.htm

1) You are eligible to appear in this attempt for modules "A" & "B" provided that you get registered with the ICAP as PFC(if not trainee as for trainee registration there's prescribed period to be spent in the firm you register with for articles.) and receive the registration letter before the last date of submission of examination form for the coming attempt along with the prescribed fee for. And suppose, if you are not sent the letter of registration before the last of date of submission of examination form for the coming attempt; then definitely you'll not be allowed to appear in this attempt as you'll not be able to submit the examination form in which ICAP requires the copy of letter of registration also in case of first time apply. Therefore, you apply for registration and see if you could get the letter of registration before the last of submission of examination form so that you could apply in this attempt. (It's all as per my understanding including the page visisted by me again of which the address is written above in response of your query. I'll prefer to call ICAP Head Office or visit the regional office if situated at your city or nearby place of current residence.)

2) For this; you can join or apply in any RAET as you need not to join and pay for the whole of module just for the sake of getting certificate or training of computer where you need not to have the coaching regarding other subjects of the respective module or modules as the case may be. If there's any RAET in your city or place of current residence or as you prefer, you can simply visit the institution; pay the fee for only the certificate or training you need which does'nt exceed Rs. 5000 normally; and can get the training/certificate.

3) There's no such compulsion imposed by ICAP in case you are eligible and register yourself as PFC. It's all upto you; that if you feel/realize; you need coaching; you may opt for any number of subjects of the respective module(s) to any RAET or privately of your own choice and anytime whereever and whenever you prefer to have the coaching or guidance or say tuition.

Sincerely,
Still Nothing,
zephyrrr !!!
