sir sumaan plz tell me about that how much percentage i should need in 2nd year(12) to take addmission in any institute or university of acturial sciences

No institutes or colleges or universities offer Actuarial Sciences classes, subject to some exceptions (BSc.)...
However, for the work experience purposes, try to aim for 80+.
