Hi ACCA F4 Students
You will probably be aware that there have been some amendments issued to the UK Companies Act (CA06).
The basic changes relate to
Share Capital
Company Formations
Company Meetings
Directors
Officers & Auditors
Memorandum and Articles of Association
We have decided to amend our software to take account of these changes and will be forwarding a link today to all our students who purchased the original F4 revision software.
There is No charge for this update but please let me know if you have purchased an F4 and do not get the update. All downloads now include the CA06 update.
