How is Baker Tilly Mehmood Idrees Qamar and company Lahore? Is it all right to complete articles from here?

It is always better to complete your articles from one of the big4 firms.
I don't know about Idrees Qamar clients & market here.
Internationally Speaking
However rating internationally Baker Tilly is a good choice after the big4 or 5. You'll have better market value in the Middle East & other foreign countries if you complete training from Baker Tilly.
