PLEASE SEE THE PAPER E15 suggested solution and comment on the fact that there is no mention of sections.My teacher gave much importance in teaching us that sections part of our study.

I'm not sure but are you suggesting that answers should include a reference to the section number? If so, couldnt disagree more. Rote learning should be discouraged not encouraged, I'd rather have students trying to understand the requirements and implication of a section than wasting time remembering its number.

I'm sure your teacher must have had his reasons but i'd never wish for any examination body to go that way.

You mean that one should not give the relevent section number and just write what is been asked in the question.

I'm sure it is specifically mentioned in the syllabus.
