Career Guidance - moiz615 - 01-21-2009 Hey, Greetings & Assalamo-aly'kum nice to watch out the place going good filled up with some really genuine accountants from Pakistan & Worldwide. While I am really stuck in what to choose for my career therefore there is no Human Resource sort of thing in Pakistan while the Alternative to come over this Accountancy forum is much better place to get good career guidance! I am in I.Com Part II, I achieved 'A' grade in I.Com Part I while had good marks in accounts 90/100 & Business Maths 50/50. I am not a really brainy human was not good at studies till the age of 14-15 whole got better day by day while i wanted to secure my career in this form If i choose this way CIMA(Rather Then Cat) -> ACCA(9 exemptions of ACCA Papers after getting Cima done) -> CA(Then try CA at module E & F. While i wanted to plan it up if i fail and can't do my CA i still have a ACCA and CIMA degree while if you guys think if its worth doing and good then comment up and Guide me. I am tensed ! Worried & Wanted to resolve the problem - faizee - 01-21-2009 Dear Moiz, I will suggest you to go for CA instead of ACCA and CIMA if you go for ACCA you have to do CAT which is useless for you and CIMA is UK based certification but CIMA tutuion is not so good in PAKISTAN if you want to do CIMA then go UK and be part of it.Otherwise it si better for you too do CA+B.com after complete CA go for ACA(ICAEW)+MBA and the whole world will open for you. If you need more information regarding accountancy don;y hesitate to contact me. Regards, Faizan |
