Assalam O Alikum,
This is faraz i hve recently joined an NGO as an finance officer, but i m not satisfied with this job, in that NGO only those can progress or promoted who have strong relations with higher management, (in other words who can do GOOD T.C) & m not that kind of person... so frnds plz advice me wot shud i do....
