Friends,
Please can somebody tell me that the CPE earned through CMA (IMA) will fulfill CPA exam credit hours requirement or not? & if yes then which state will be more suitable by keeping in view that I don't have plan to work in USA so the purpose is getting certificate (one tier/two tier situation).

CMA CPE Honestly speaking, I don't know the exact answer. However, in my personal view, regular CPE are different than UNIVERSITY/ COLLEGE CREDIT HOURS required toward 150 Cr. Hr. requirement. Perhaps, one thing you can do. Take University/college courses that would be acceptable to CMA for CPE and use the same courses for educational requirement of CPA. OR, call at FACS Inc. They are one of the foreign educational credential evaluators to whom you would send your degrees and certificates for evaluation. They may answer your question, but I don't think they would recommend you any specific State.

There are some 2 tier states. Find there requirements. You may satisfy the requirements of 1 tier state, even if you don't wanna practice their. Because everyone's sitution is quite unique, you will have to do some research for the State which requirements and your situation mathches. Here is the list of Boards;
