Second, you should be 100% devoted to the firm and you can assess an make it sure it is 100%. Third, have a good educational background, personality (doesnt mean desi babo) and some practicle work back ground can add star. Fourth, Do you have some pawa? Fifth, and the mostttt important, Allah agrees to what you dream of. Thats all pal, anyother thing you want to know?
