Corporate Governance Dissertation - nDrg - 09-27-2009
Hi there, i'm in my final year studying Accountancy and Finance and I've to write a 12000-14000 word dissertation. I found Corporate Governance a very interesting topic but I'm having trouble narrowing the field of research.
Are there any particular areas that you would recommend? I ideally wanted to compare corporate governance systems between 2-3 different countries but again I have no idea how to focus on certain Industries/Sectors etc.
Corporate governance and the credit crunch was also another idea but I'm unsure of whether there will may adequate literature and/or how to refine my scope of research.
I'd be more than willing to hear your ideas/thoughts!!
