Dear
Interim Dividend
In case of interim dividend within thirty days in case of unlisted companies from the board resolution date or book closure date and 30 days in case of listed companies from the book closure date for interim dividend pourpose.
Final Dividend
In case of final dividend within 30 days form the date approval in AGM for unlisted companies and within 30 days from the date of AGM where dividend approved in case of listed companies
