Dear All,
I wish to reply the posts of some of the members on the topic that has been locked by Admin.
First of all it is directed to the writer of that thread.
Dear Justice Seeker,
The most strange fact of your case is, that you came with "stunning" effort of defaming some one personally using his name on a public forum and alleging the things that are not only detrimental to a person in isolation; rather will also put to stake the fame of three world class professional institutions of the world,......

- You are not willing to disclose your personality even on the request of members of this forum to whom you are asking for help;
- You said you have Proofs, and when the nature and reliability of such Proofs is inquired in a very simple manner, you started to ask for time to reply such questions; Do you or some of the members of this forum feel that the people who have proofs (as you clearly mentioned) ask for time in this way? Do you feel, if you could not reply simple "checklist" sort of questions, (that were drafted to help you in identifying your strengths), you would ever be able to face Media and Courts and their spontaneous questions and counter questions. You are raising a big question and are so empty of the replies at all. What complexity you found in my questions? and;
- Unless you tell us who are you even it cannot be ensured that you are a CA student. Your mixed words and view point about profession make it clearer. At one side you are feeling yourself well wisher of profession (and also so worried for your CA) and on the other hand you wish the professionals to feel ashamed of. Merely for the questions raised by me or for my nature of an AUDITOR that has somewhat exposed your "PROOFS"? . What's your exact agenda? You know you cannot proceed with your case unless you have concrete evidence, and I know you are fully informed that you cannot even disclose your name in the absence of such proof; and this is exactly what you are doing here.
At this early stage, besides having lots of doubt on you as I have expressed, I don't feel it appropriate to reject your claim altogether. However, some where deep in mind, I know what this all is. Let's see if you can prove this statement as incorrect.
Although some names, if wrongly used, can affect repute of others (that's why various defamatory laws are in place), yet I would again say that act of individual can be washed out if the required suitable action is taken. Issue is, what recourse is available if you did this all for defaming some one?
I hope you will think on this sincerely (if you are sincere and serious) and come up with required explanation provided you wish to follow ethics and have a nice character. Still, we hope to listen/see something from you (although I feel you will never come back).
Yes, provided your case is genuine and come out as a genuine claimant, we will be joining hands for your betterment and for saving the goodwill.
I suggest you not to mention any name unless you can prove it. And you must feel you can prove something, if you don't need time relaxations to bring out the facts or answer the simple questions.
DEAR ADMIN,
I request you to, instead of locking such Thread, please delete this thread as a whole or at least edit the name of the person, this fellow mentioned invariably without any logical basis.
This will make the forum uncontroversial in all sort of ultimate resolutions of this matter.

Yes, I promise you that we will help this Justice Seeker by all means if he really has a genuine case and brings up some real facts. We can have a meeting with President, ex-presidents, council members, Vice President (North), Executive Director, Directors of various Directorates, committees and their members and so much else that would be possible. Media is at arm's distance as well, be it Kamran Khan or any one else.
However, you can very well deduce the doubted-ness of the case from ....................; Let's see.

You must carefully read some one's post, as well as the post to which it is directed to, before commenting on it. His post was partially directed to get the answer what he got. If he will avoid, I have no concern whatsoever with any one's chonch be it created by ALLAH or temporarily developed by some one's confused mind.
Notwithstanding anything that is being discussed here or that we may come to know in future (I hope nothing bad will be uncovered and I hope this all is something to defame him), the person named by Justice Seeker is a figure, a highly qualified professional, an ideal for a large student community, a very energetic, committed and determined hard worker, a man whose stature cannot be affected by any thing cheap and baseless, a person who brought respect to the name of his country and profession (so far), a man who is extremely well mannered and polite and knows how to honour the others and a man that I witness is in fact a balanced personality.
So he can be a friend of a so manys and I must not be an exception being a member of this apex and honoured professional body. Do you have any issue with it? If you have, let me know please.

To me there is more than 50% probability that this all is Topi drama. The easiest way for Mr. Jsutice Seeker would have been to publish his appeal in National Newspapers addressed to Chief Justice, Prime Minister and bla bla.
@ Kamran ACA, At the same time I think we should not waste too much energy on this issue, As you suggested to the Admin that the first post should be deleted which implies that this new post should also be brief or deleted all together.
Now what this means ""I don't feel it appropriate to reject your claim altogether. However, some where deep in mind, I know what this all is."" If you know than share with us too to resolve this mystery.Otherwise prolonging it will turn this thread something between you and Mr. Justice Seeker, while others taking interest for gaining nothing.

Thank you Admin. I don't ask any one to stop endeavoring his quest for justice. Justice is the only thing, I believe, can keeep us survived in the longer runs.
However, mentioning names with such defamtory allegations and without having readily available proof or evidence must not be allowed at the forum.

I don't blame you for a deficiency in understanding the English that is of course a foreign language because I, myself am not good at it and there must be some lacking in conveying what I meant.
What I wrote finds its roots in some discussion held at another thread of this forum. I in my previous post meant
- Since the Justice Seeker yet has to come with a proof and evidence, as he promised, so we cannot altogether reject his claim before verifying its basis; and
- nothwithstanding the above rule, I at very much of personal level feel that his claim is ingenuine.
So, this was the meaning of my post which due to involvement of this 'PARAAI ZUBAAN' has probably been misundertood by you.
I think it may be clear now.

I see from you last thread that it is easier to doubt in the proficiency of others instead of accepting positive criticism.After all we all are humans and can make mistake in either conveying our message or understanding it.
I just wanted to know what it is that you said about "I know what this all is". But now in your last thread you are explaining that "I at very much of personal level "feel" that his claim is ingenuine. There is difference between knowing and feeling. When you said "I know" it meant you have knowledge of some thing about the issue, and that is what I pointed out.
I conclude my discussion on the note that you choice of word "Know" instead of "feel" prompted me to ask you to share your knowledge. No offense !!![)]

No problem dear; that word "know" was not incorrect because of something "deep" in the concept and understanding on the issue in hand that at this stage may not be appropriate to conclude.
The word "feel" was used to make you understand by enlarging the image of the sentence and it really worked.
I don't take these things offensive as I myself am not perfect.

This guy has vehemently propagated this gibberish wherever he could! A message on facebook and an email from finpros I have received, a copy paste edition of the same.
As far as evidences and response are concerned I'm not sure that whether his account has not been blocked by the admin, and if this is the case he may not respond. However, if there was any truth at all that will be known from one source or another!

He has certainly gone at length through facebook and other forums, and if I am not wrong, he is some affectee of that person during articles or interview or something like that. We have witnessed similar cases (though at smaller scale) where students got NOCs or some thing harsh (in their view) and they attempted defaming the pincipals or firms.
Still, I hope ADMIN will unblock him or he can get registered with some new name if he really bothers to stand on his words and wishes to prove what said.
I again say, if his statement is correct and supported by evidence, he must come back and share with us. The respect and dignity of the institute should and must not be harmed; so if there is any meat, we will help him to every extent.
