Preparing to apply in firms - aimaad22 - 02-23-2010 Salam, By Allah's grace I have today become an ACCA affiliate. My plan is to start training now after taking admission in ICAP. But as I have little local knowledge my question is what should I do to prepare myself for local knowledge based question asked by the interviewers of firms. Are there any good books etc I can read? Any suggestions will be much appreciated! - Dard - 02-26-2010 I think you are the same guy who asked the same question somewhere else. Your answer has already been given - aimaad22 - 02-27-2010 Yes, but my question was not really answered. Anyway, thanks for trying. - Dard - 02-27-2010 Even if you register as an ICAP trainee after your ACCA, you should tell the firms that you have not studied certain subjects of C.A - aimaad22 - 03-01-2010 Yes you're right. I think they'll understand automatically though when I tell them Im ACCA affiliate and entered ICAP through trainee scheme. |
