Opting b/w FRM/CFA/ACCA - asif.ashiqali - 03-12-2010 Dear, I am working as a Credit Analyst is one of the banks. Going forward I have plans to move towards Academia or Financial Research. What is preferable for me at this stage among the three qualifications i.e. FRM/CFA/ACCA? How much component of ACCA deals with Finance/ Accounting / Tax? Are not there lots of poeple pursuing the ACCA qualification - hence limiting the scope? Reponse is awaited. Regards, Asif - Dard - 03-15-2010 CFA will be better for you, as you want to be a financial analyst All of the ACCA deals with finance, accounting and tax There are many students in ACCA, but not many go on to qualify and become a member - CFACCA - 03-15-2010
quote
CFA will be better for you, as you want to be a financial analyst All of the ACCA deals with finance, accounting and tax There are many students in ACCA, but not many go on to qualify and become a member

A.O.A I would recommend you to Opt for CFA.
