can any1 plz describe the correct treatment of profit on debt received by a person and dividend??
or if can any1 tell the relevant sections of ITO 2001 pertaining to profit on debt and divident with in the scope of MOD C of ICAP.

Dividend U/S 150
Profit on Debt U/S 151(1)a,b,c,d

Tax on Profit on debt shall be 10% and it shall be final tax in case of an individual and AOP see section 151
Dividend is taxable at source at the rate of 10% FTR See section 150
