post study work visa ( toronto boy plz reply ) - scorpian - 04-11-2010 Hi This is naveed an acca & oxford graduate want to ask you that if a person who has completed all his professional qualification & foreign graduation from pakistan then can he apply to work permit under post study work visa )after reaching uk on the basis of student visa ? Plesae reply him soon Thnaks - Toronto_Boy - 04-12-2010 Dear I think you need to consult a consultant, not me as I am not immigration expert etc. Generally student visa can be transferred into work visa, but it is not an easy thing. Historically, un-countable students to any country including USA, Canada, or UK reached on students visa. Studied something there, found a relevant job, and then got converted their visa/status. But I personally think this may not be an easy and smooth process in todays world. Still, its upto you to see your luck. Otherwise you may apply for direct immigration too. Wish you best of luck - scorpian - 04-12-2010 thanks toronto boy for your kind reply but coukd you please explain that how many papers are exempted for an acca member for cga canada ( toronto ) under mra ( mutual recognition agreement ).
