CLARIFICATION REGARDING SUB SECTION 6A OF SEC 114 - awtunio - 04-25-2010
Respected Sir,
It is requested that kindly clarify that sub section 6A of section 114 which was inserted through Finance (Amendment) Ordinance 2009 on 28/10/2009 has retrospective effect or not.
If a Taxpayer wants to revise his return of income for tax year 2007 whether he will follow the conditions laid down in sub section 6A of the section 114 or not.
