Say person A and person B are married and each have 2 shares in their company. If Individual A wants to give all their shares to Individual B what is the process. I understand that there is a share transfer form to fill in. Does anyone have a copy?
Also, what are the tax implications of gifting the shares?
Also can you backdate the gifting of the shares?
