do u have any idea about the date extension for sales tax return for the month of August, 10?

Subject EXTENSION OF THE DATE FOR PAYMENT OF TAXES/DUTY AND FILING OF SALES TAX / FEDERAL EXCISE DUTY RETURNS FOR THE PERIOD AUGUST, 2010
In exercise of powers conferred under Section 74 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 and Section 43 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to extend the date for payment of taxes/duty for the tax period August, 2010, and filing of Sales Tax/FED returns, up to 25th September, 2010. )

ary to is may itna khush hony wali kya baat hay ji, agar date nahi bhi bharti to bhi kya problem thi, bas 200 rupees par day jurmana hi to bharna parta,, hahahhaha

Where any person fails to furnish a return within the due date

Such person shall pay a penalty of five thousand rupees.

Any person who fails to deposit the amount of tax due or any part thereof in the time or manner laid down under this Act or rules or orders made thereunder.

Such person shall pay a penalty of ten thousand rupees or five per cent of the amount of the tax involved, whichever is higher
Provided that, if the amount of tax or any part thereof is paid within fifteen days from the due date, the defaulter shall pay a penalty of five hundred rupees for each day of default
Provided further that no penalty shall be imposed when any miscalculation is made for the first time during a year

hahahhahahah, ap to khay rahi thi k meri ghalti nikalny ka mod nahi hay,, hahahah

wasy nay to 5000 jurmana hay or na hi 200,,,

"Provided that in case a person files a return within fifteen days of the due date, he shall pay a penalty of one hundred rupees for each day of default"

agar aap 15 din k under under return file kar dayty han last date k bad to 100 par day jurmana hota hay 15 din k bad agar solwen din return jama karwaya jaye ga to 5000 jurmana ho ga.
