i listened some of icma jobians that now a days a ca trainees are wrkng free until they get regstrd frm firm..

I have heard that the concept of unregistered training for initial few months is once again there. And seldom students are paid anything for this unregistered period. I am strongly of the opinion that such practice should not be followed by the firms. It is already not allowed by the Institute but strong checks are missing in this case.
