Dear
I want to know those parties who have a i.tax exemption certificate or i.tax exempted from any clause or sro, should surchage 15% deductable from such kind of parties or not

I havenot seen explaination regarding this but as far as my understanding surcharge is paybale on tax payable amount due to this it is not applicable on those parties who are exempted ar hold tax exemption certificate /

15% Surcharge Income Tax payable pay lagu hota hay, jab income tax payable hi nahi bany ga to surcharge ka sawal hi payda nahi hota.
