will u plz tell me the differences between corporate banking n investment banking? or r these two terms the same? plz highlight a few key differences.

I think the main difference between Corporate Banking and Investment Banking is that the CB is specifically for corporates and institutions, whereas, IB could be used for serving corporates, institutions and high net wealth individuals.

There are Commercial Banks and there are Investment Banks. Corporate Banking is a function that can be performed by either.
