ACCA and ICMAP's diploma are equivalent ??

I am from Hyderabad, and I had completed M.A in Economics. Now I am willing to get higher specialized studies so diploma of 1 or 3 years from ICMAP will be better or ACCA ? As ACCA papers will be conducted in Karachi, but ICMAP takes paper in Hyderabad and has branch in Hyderabad.
