If I am not mistaken, the only exemption IIA (CIA's governing body) allows is in Part-IV and that is also available to ACCA qualifieds. I do not know about CAT, you will have to confirm it directly from the IIA. Their email address to get such information is [email protected]

In my opinion, if you have studied your ACCA/CA study texts well enough plus also have gone through the CIA review manuals and practiced their mock tests, it should be enough. Remember that CIA books are REVIEW manuals only and are not text books.
