. To tell u the truth there is not that big a market for MBA's now in Pakistan. The bubble has bursted. People saw it as a money making field a couple of decades ago but nowadays I've seen MBA's working for as low as Rs.8,000 Rs. The market for ACCA is also not that huge with many large companies not having a clue as to what it is (although ACCA has gained recognition amongst companies such as PSO, Unilever, ICI, Caltex and Orix). Ca is purely an orthodox field... a master of all and jack of none kinna thing Therefore, it wont be much of a point for you to do ACCA or MBA as the Pakistani market is still dominated by CA's.

If I could... Then I would... Turn back time!!

hi there...
ur right about MBA market here...
but i think ACCA is gaining much recognition gradually in PAK market...
as even some american firms prefer ACCA's and CA's equally...
and as, in the month of MAY... some more companies enter PAK market... so there is a change coming that you can taste some...
and as ICAP relies on quality than quantity much..
so.., ACCA covers the shortage in market for CA's also at low pay...
but an ACCA with some Dominance in the IT is much high valued, as equal to CA's other than the allowance for AUDIT PRACTISE...
many ACCA's then turn inti CA's also...
regards...
