AND ONLY A LESSOR CAN CLAIM TAX RELIEF IN THE PROPERTY..
AS HE'S THE OWNER OF THE ASSET AND ALSO BEARS ITS REPAIR, MAINTAINANCE AND DACORATION AND ENHANCEMENT, tax and other capital and revinue expenditures
