Hi Irfan
Consider the following-

Job wise--- job wise actuarial science is best qualification caz there is only 17 actuarial in pakistan, you can be 18th<img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle> and can find job very easily (I think so).

Salary wise--- if we compare the CA and actuarial science as salaries basis, we'll find actuaries are earning much better then the CA people.

Tuition wise----unfortunately there is no any institute of actuarial science in the Pakistan. But lot of tuition institute in Pakistan for CA. Therefore you can get tuition for CA in Pakistan but not for actuarial science.

I think actuarial science is better qualification then the CA. If you need more information about actuarial science then contact with Sumaaan. I hope sumaaan can give you better advice regarding actuarial science.
