As for as i know above verse doesnât exist in holy Quran.
if you are trying to say that in above verse Quran mentioned about 9/11 attack then please bear that in mind, people involved in 9/11 were terrorist and there is no peace in world since 9/11 happened. I personally think that Muslims were not involve in 9/11 terrorist attack and Alquaida didnât accept the responsibility for it.
