Sir I totally agree to your views but who will pay a heed towards it, the government authorities? No wayâ¦â¦
Even if the government is interested in passing an act so as to proscribe the male from occupying the ladiesâ reserved seats (which would itself be something very rare), even then the rival transports wonât let this act to be implemented in its true spirit. The example of VARAN in Rawalpindi/Islamabad is in front of us.
Moreover, the government authorities wonât ever let the judiciary work independently, because if it starts working independently; government would be the party who will have to suffer the most.
Itâs not India, where judiciary is free in its verdicts. This is Pakistan where the âpowerfulâ rules. What a joke when the âPakistani State Channelâ mocks at the Indian democracy and forgets to sweep before its own door.
The democratic and the political culture of Pakistan wonât change unless we let the judiciary work in a rational way but who will let this happen???..........
