ACCA Trainees are given a monthly stipend (the amount of which varies from company to company as well the number of papers cleared and previous experience)as soon as they are inducted as trainees. Audit firms normally do not provide a handsome stipend as compared to the industry.
BTW the 3 years compulsory training and Training Performance Objectives can be achieved by doing a relevant JOB(if u can find one).
Thats the reason why ACCA students, who do not want to do CA from ICAP, gather experience in an audit firm for about an year or so and then opt to move to the industry for a job.
