Dont know about the institute for CAT, as i haven't studied CAT, but for ACCA, the reputation of the teacher counts and not the NAME of the institute. I was taking classes from different institutes for the same session for different subjects in ACCA.
So you can search for the best teachers in CAT as well as ACCA in different institutes.
As far as the facility is concerned....i prefer CAMS above every other institute.
