Login to ur web portal
Epayment > create payment >direct taxes (for income tax)
new screen appear
click direct taxes appear on the left side of the page
new screen appear
Select nature of payment from the list
Select Payment section code
rest of the secreen will be self explanatory enter ntn or cnic and put the amount in taxable amount column tax rate and tax amount
acknowledge it either it sort ur problem or not
