One thing is wrong at large that

Music itself is a language

in whatever language the lyrics are, music is in music (no other language)

Writing 'English Music' is equivalent to 'Urdu French' or 'German Arabic' or any thing like that

We can say Classical Music, Pop Music, Rock, Jazz

Conclusion is that writing 'English Music' is totally sensless because music itself is a language
You an write 'Classical Music in Urdu' or 'Rock in English' that will make sense
